Odoo has almost all applications/modules needed for any organizations. It can be customized as per any business/process.
Odoo & SAP are two different products. If you are running a small firm/startup go for Odoo not SAP. SAP is expensive and you wont be able to manage its cost. If you are running a big company then i would say just select SAP. SAP is meant for Fortune 1000 companies.
